Ordering Questions

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes please send an email to customerservice@firemenclothing.com with your order number and the changes you would like.   We will check to see where your order is in the production process and update you.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been decorated.  Contact us at customerservice@firemenclothing.com with your order number.

What is your return policy?
Since all orders are custom-made, there can be no returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. Be very careful upon ordering, we cannot accept exchanges due to selecting the wrong embroidery color, etc.

Is there a minimum quantity per order?
No, we can do 1 piece if needed. 

Customizations Questions

Can I get a preview of my design?
Yes, please send us an email at customerservice@firemenclothing.com with the design information and product you would like to see.

Can I use my design?
Yes, for  designs need to be digitized (thefor embroidery (the process of assigningingtches to the design).   If you do not have the digitized file, we can get it made for you.  Please send a picture of it to customerservice@firemenclothing.com.  We will review it and get back to you.

Group Ordering Questions

How can I start a group order?
Please send us an email at customerservice@firemenclothing.com with the approximate quantity and design details and we will put a quote together for you.

Will you accept purchase orders?

Shipping Questions

When will my order arrive?
Orders typically ship 3 weeks from the order date.  Orders are scheduled once all products are in-house.  For an updated shipping status please email us at customerservice@firemenclothing.com with your order number.

What do I do if I receive the wrong order or defective merchandise?
If a problem does arise with your order, please contact customer service ASAP at customerservice@firemenclothing.com with your order number.  A picture would help explain the issue.

Can I pick up my order?
